The common responsibilities for this position include engaging in relationship-based, experience-based, and education-based learning, participating in various projects, completing educational seminars and training, and undergoing coaching and multi-source feedback. Trainees will work closely with colleagues, take on two twelve-month functional attachments in different divisions, and participate in staff activities committees. They will also receive in-house seminars, management training, high-value training, overseas training camps, and e-learning modules.
