Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include overseeing and coaching the system development team, conducting requirement studies, system analysis and design, programming, testing, and coordinating user acceptance tests. The role involves documenting functional and technical specifications, coordinating with vendors for outsourced development, and providing support to production systems. Additionally, the responsibilities include identifying and analyzing new business opportunities in innovation, leading fact-based analysis, developing strategy papers and reports, managing the end-to-end innovation journey, building and managing external innovation partners, assessing partners’ capabilities for collaboration, supporting partnership negotiations, and leading partnership development with technology companies. Moreover, the position entails leading AI implementation services, defining code development standards, troubleshooting coding issues, collaborating with stakeholders on application development, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and conducting research and training in AI and digitization best practices.
