IT Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading and managing development teams and vendors, designing processes and standards for digital projects, defining strategies and roadmaps, managing project resources, and collaborating with stakeholders for new features. The role also involves overseeing team and vendor performance, coaching teams in software release pipelines, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on schedule. Additionally, the IT Manager will research and evaluate AI developments, propose AI solutions, participate in the system development life cycle, and implement and maintain technology solutions while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends. The responsibilities further encompass vendor management, system analysis, development, and support tasks, as well as defining and executing change management plans.
