IT Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include researching and evaluating AI developments, proposing AI solutions, participating in the system development life cycle, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with vendors, ensuring responsible AI practices, and maximizing efficiency with AI products. Additionally, the role involves vendor management for solution design and implementation, creating prototypes, liaising with business users and technology teams, conducting technical assessments and evaluations, performing system analysis, development, and support tasks, defining and executing change management and communication plans, and providing guidance and advice to junior team members. The IT Manager will also oversee project life cycles, manage existing systems, plan for upgrades or replacements, and ensure timely delivery of projects while tracking budgets and resources.
