Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing and overseeing maintenance and refurbishment works for various systems, coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure safe and efficient operations, performing daily site inspections and workmanship monitoring, conducting quality control, testing, and commissioning of works, assisting in budget and expenditure control, reviewing and commenting on contractors' submissions, and preparing reports and incident documentation.
