Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing Asphalt Resurfacing of Taxiways (Phase 3), coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure safe and efficient works, performing daily site inspections, monitoring workmanship, quality control, testing, and commissioning of works, assisting in budget and expenditure control, and reviewing contractors' submissions. Additionally, the role involves controlling, monitoring, and supervising maintenance works for civil and mechanical systems, conducting inspections and testing of alteration and improvement works, preparing reports and fault analyses, and performing shift duties as required. The candidate will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with specifications, and assisting in the preparation of maintenance contracts and budgets.
