Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in a 3-year intensive training program with job rotations, undergoing training in operational processes and corporate functions, engaging in accredited occupational and leadership training, receiving one-on-one mentoring, learning about ESG principles, and working on task-based and transformation projects. Trainees will also develop long-term customer relationships, support management with business needs, participate in tender activities, and achieve high customer satisfaction. Successful candidates may be appointed as Assistant Manager or Duty Manager upon completion and will work in a hybrid mode while contributing to various assigned duties and projects.
