The common responsibilities for this position include providing regulatory compliance advice to the first line, maintaining AML controls, reviewing regulatory complaint cases, updating and maintaining internal compliance policies, delivering regular compliance training, maintaining trademark records, and supporting the maintenance of company secretary records and board matters. Additionally, the Assistant Compliance Manager will assist the Head of Department in managing compliance risks, collaborate with the Business Unit Compliance Officer, stay updated on regulatory developments, support the implementation of the Compliance Risk Management Framework, manage GRC tools, assist in preparing compliance reports, develop and implement a compliance monitoring program using data analytics, aid in refining assurance monitoring activities, and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies.
