Senior Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include discussing with eBanking users and studying the latest technology and industry trends, analyzing user and market requirements, preparing user requirements specifications, coordinating user acceptance testing and user training, and collaborating with IT developers and vendors. Additionally, the role involves determining operational objectives by studying business background and objectives, gathering requirements, constructing workflow and architecture diagrams, and writing detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. The position also requires monitoring function development progress, maintaining stakeholder confidence through effective communication, preparing technical reports, adhering to security best practices, and supporting team efforts while suggesting changes to senior management based on analytics.
