Responsibility

Additionally, responsibilities involve immersing in the bank's purpose and values, developing core competencies in various business streams, participating in tailored job rotations, acquiring future skills such as Data & Analytics, and engaging in Fintech projects. The trainee will also gain exposure to China and Greater Bay Area development while receiving support for professional qualifications and senior management mentorship.
