The common responsibilities for this position include reporting to the CFO, leading finance teams, managing financial reporting, overseeing month-end financial closing, driving budgeting processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, leading internal audits, ensuring statutory and tax compliance, liaising with external parties, handling ad-hoc projects, and performing other assigned duties. Additionally, the Finance Manager will prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, monitor cash flow and working capital, assist with tax filings, develop financial strategies and policies, and support process improvements. They will also design and maintain financial frameworks, reconcile positions with external sources, monitor liquidity requirements, and act as a backup for the Head of Finance.
