The common responsibilities for this position include performing routine compliance review and monitoring to ensure adherence to regulations, guidelines, and internal policies. The Compliance Manager will review and clear suspicious transaction monitoring alerts, conduct investigations on suspicious transactions, and prepare written reports. They will approve and review customer KYC and transaction information, perform compliance checks and monitoring on AML and sanctions, and conduct onboarding and ongoing AML/KYC due diligence on counterparties and service providers. Additionally, the role involves conducting firm-wide risk assessments, managing internal and external audits, handling regulatory filings and inspections, and providing compliance training. The Compliance Manager will also oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, manage compliance-related projects, and ensure effective communication with regulatory bodies.
