Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include aligning with the bank’s business and channel strategy to formulate branch and self-service banking network strategies and optimization plans. The role involves developing effective branch network capacity planning strategies to enhance productivity, formulating strategies for branch fintech and automation, and driving the functional development of fintech applications, branch automation, and self-service machines. Additionally, the Business Strategy Manager will lead the implementation of strategic project plans, manage project progress to ensure satisfactory delivery, and facilitate business expansion strategies in the ASEAN region through best practice sharing.
