Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include developing and implementing strategies, systems, and processes to support startups in incubation and acceleration programs, overseeing operations to ensure support for startup ventures, driving operational excellence, and establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders. Additional duties involve monitoring performance, managing budgets, reviewing operational workflows, organizing training and events, identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The role also includes formulating comprehensive sustainability strategies to achieve Net Zero targets, identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sustainability initiatives, monitoring and reporting on sustainability metrics, and researching new technological products in sustainability.
