Senior Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the full IT project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and creating project documentation to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule. The role involves gathering and analyzing user requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, preparing user training, and providing helpdesk support. Additionally, responsibilities include developing customer analytics, designing dashboards, conducting customer segmentation, and supporting business growth through project management. The Senior Business Analyst will also be responsible for leading implementation projects, translating business needs into technical solutions, managing project schedules, and maintaining relationships with internal and external teams. Other tasks include preparing reports for analysis, managing CRM applications, and supporting various departments to enhance business processes and performance analytics.
