Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include establishing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools; conducting system verification and testing; performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis; maintaining databases and support tools; developing and maintaining IT-related documentation; leading and assisting in the entire lifecycle of IT projects and solutions delivery, including system design, development, implementation, testing, and launch under Agile and Waterfall methodologies; collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements; analyzing and documenting business processes; conducting data analysis; supporting end-to-end system implementation; facilitating communication between business users and technical teams; and managing vendors for project delivery.
