Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, conducting gap analysis, interpreting requests into development requirements, optimizing business processes, refining user stories, and managing risks. The Business Analyst will facilitate agile ceremonies, contribute to quality assurance activities, assist with test strategies and plans, and ensure effective communication among teams. They will analyze data, prepare reports and dashboards, and support project documentation, including user training and UAT execution. The role also involves monitoring project progress, conducting market research, and making recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, the Business Analyst will participate in digital transformation projects, develop data analytics solutions, and ensure deliverables meet user needs while maintaining documentation and tracking project milestones.
