Senior Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include leading and facilitating workshops and meetings to collect requirements, analyzing requirements to produce project and technical design documentation, mentoring and providing guidance to junior business analysts, reviewing current and future business processes with stakeholders, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting comprehensive business impact analyses, managing projects by identifying milestones, tracking progress, and allocating resources, as well as implementing quality assurance processes and developing end-user training materials. The Business Analyst will also participate in digital transformation initiatives, automate and streamline processes, and provide technical consultancy to IT teams and business users.
