IT Manager

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing IT projects, planning and organizing resources, coordinating project meetings, mentoring IT staff, preparing project documentation, and acting as project lead on software development, AI, and automation. The IT Manager will provide administrative and technical support for hardware, software, and network equipment, supervise technical tasks such as installation, testing, and troubleshooting, design cloud-based solutions, develop project delivery strategies, collaborate with project and product teams, and enhance support procedures, capacity planning, and incident management. Additionally, responsibilities include researching AI developments, proposing AI solutions, participating in the system development life cycle, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols. The IT Manager will also oversee the entire IT operation, communicate security risk issues, and liaise with IT solution vendors and technology partners.
