Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include liaising with internal and external business users, gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, participating in the system development life cycle, providing user support during testing phases, resolving system issues, and preparing project status reports for management. Additional duties involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing applications, conducting user requirement collection, analyzing structured and unstructured data, developing dashboards and reports, conducting user acceptance testing, and preparing user manuals and training materials. The role also includes researching and developing AI solutions, performing data management and analytics, enhancing analytical databases, and supporting fundraising projects and programs.
